Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras entered the country in 2017, following the award of the concession of Routes 2 and 7 to Sacyr and the Paraguayan firm Ocho A.

The contract covers 170 km of roads that will be widened to dual carriageway and improved, and includes the construction of five branches between the cities of Asunción and Caaguazú.

The project investment managed exceeds 440 million euros.
