All companies should be guided by the desire to create value in their community. However, this is particularly important in the case of Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras, as due to the nature of its activities it is an important driver of social and economic growth.

All the members of Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras have a strong commitment to the Group's values and play an active role in the solidarity campaigns proposed by the Sacyr Foundation as part of its strategy of social corporate responsibility. Last year they contributed to the Solidarity Toy Drive for hospitalised children, and to Operación Kilo, by engaging in activities in support of groups at risk of exclusion due to intellectual disabilities.

Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras is also committed to the intrinsic value of its employees; it promotes policies of equality and inclusion for all the groups in the company and takes a firm stand against any kind of discrimination or gender violence.

Sacyr Group is a partner in Forética (a leading association of companies and professionals for corporate social responsibility/sustainability in Spain and Latin America) and has been a signatory of the Global Compact since 2007, undertaking to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras also works actively in pursuit of the strategic goals established to achieve these commitments.
