Sacyr Sadyt is the subsidiary of Grupo Sacyr that specializes in water treatment.
Sacyr Sadyt’s main area of expertise is desalination, in terms of design, construction, and operation. It is one of the 10 largest companies in the world in this sector. Sacyr Sadyt has proven experience in successfully supplying major plants all over the world, with more than 1.6 million m3/day installed in reverse osmosis plants and the largest reverse electrodialysis plant in the world (200,000 m3/day) in countries such as Spain, Israel, Australia, Algeria, Chile, Tunisia, etc., and it is currently expanding throughout the world. 

Sacyr Sadyt has also installed numerous water treatment plants, as well as waste water treatment plants, through conventional procedures as well as new membrane technologies, such as MBR. In addition, it has a wealth of experience in the installation of tertiary treatments and water re-use plants for farming, industry, golf courses, etc.

Furthermore, numerous industrial plants have been developed for the production of processing water in thermal power plants, oil refineries, or food industries, including the production of of ultra pure water by means of electrodeionization and other technologies such as electrochlorination and MBRs for the treatment of industrial effluents.
