La Pamplilla Refinery - RLP-21– Adaptation of fuel quality units of gasolines

The aim of the project was to adapt the current treatment process to include new units in order to produce diesel oil that complies with new Peruvian regulations. The new facilities are a new HDS to reduce sulfur content to 50 ppm wppm, a new SRU to recover 99.95% of sulfur, a new amines regeneration unit to regenerate rich amine, and also a new building to house the electrical substation and the control rack room for the new diesel units.  The project was launched in September 2013 and completed in the summer of 2016.
