Colombia

Colombia is a strategic domestic market for Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras. The company is an important player in the construction sector in this country, in which it currently has over ten projects underway. Sacyr's work contributes to the development of Colombia's infrastructures and to improving the quality of life of its citizens.

Among the projects undertaken by Ingeniería e Infraestructuras are four motorways: the Autopista al Mar 1 (Antioquia); Puerta de Hierro – Cruz del Viso (Atlántico, Sucre and Bolívar); Rumichaca – Pasto, in Nariño, on the border with Ecuador; and Cúcuta – Pamplona, on the border with Venezuela.

We are also advancing in two major civil works, namely the Pumarejo and Hisgaura bridges; the Occidente Tunnel, the Bocatomas project in the Chivor hydroelectric plant, and four projects with Bogotá City Council.
